Ford Begins Testing on All-New Right-Hand-Drive Mustang

Ford Begins Testing on All-New Right-Hand-Drive Mustang
NORWALK, Ohio - For the very first time, Ford has developed a Ford Mustang with right-hand-drive configuration, allowing for the iconic pony car to be exported to more than 25 right-hand-drive markets around the globe including the United Kingdom, Australia and South Africa.

Ford is beginning the testing on the all-new right-hand-drive Mustang in preparation for the pony car's entry into the global market within the next few months. Even though the United States still remains the largest market for the Mustang, having roughly 9.2 million in sales since the pony car's 1964 debut, there has been an impressive 161,000 Mustangs sold outside of North America during that time. Now that the market will be adding a right-hand-drive Mustang, the all-new pony car will be able to reach customers in more than 110 countries next year.
