Automotive Technician (Service):
Preform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with Ford/Lincoln standards.
Responsibilities
* Automotive Technicians diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including flushes, oil changes, etc. * Automotive Technicians provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs * Automotive Technicians explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers * Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing technology. * Inspect and test new vehicles and recording findings so that necessary repairs can be made.Requirements
* Experienced and aware of the latest automotive technologies and be a persistent problem solver. * Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service * Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.) * Hold a valid driver’s license * Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
Automotive Sales Consultant (Sales):
Responsible for selling new or used vehicles at a profit to the dealership while ensuring an extraordinary client experience and creating client advocates.
Responsibilities
* Meeting dealership sales goals. * Demonstrating vehicles (includes test drives). * Backing up F&I when necessary * Reporting to the vehicle Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analysis. * Keeping up-to-date of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customers. * Attending sales meetings and training offered by the dealership and the manufacturer. * Maintaining a prospect development system and continuously growing the a sales network of repeats and referrals. * Understanding the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technological changes in the products.Requirements
* Automotive sales not required, but some type of sales experience highly preferred. * Working knowledge of social media and the internet * High school diploma or the equivalent. * Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. * Valid in-state driver’s license with good driving record. * Professional personal appearance. * Excellent communication skills. * Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards. * All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
